GLORIA:
Mexico's cuisine of the 50's

Season 48 Gloria is a tribute and testimony to the life of women during the 50s, 60s and 70s in Mexico.

Gloria will be a window into the teachings of Josefina Velázquez de León's academy, her cooking, and her desire to make Mexican cuisine an emblem of our country.

Josefina—a pioneer and visionary—inspired by lives like Gloria's, opens the first Mexican cooking school to boost women's economy.
